RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-110
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1406 AND 2466
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1973, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC73-168, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1406 to establish a private tennis club on 13 acres located at the
northwest corner of Nohl Ranch Road and Anaheim Hills Road; and
WHEREAS, on July 11, 1983, Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC83-124, granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 2466 to expand the existing tennis club with on-sale alcoholic beverages; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 2002, Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC2002-79, granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04537, in part, for construction of two additional tennis courts for a total of 11
courts at an existing tennis club at 415 South Anaheim Hills Road with accessory food, beverage and alcohol
sales (a third proposed tennis court was denied); and that Condition No. 8 of said resolution specifies that the
property owner shall request termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1406 and 2466; and
WHEREAS, Russell D. Miller, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit Nos. 4406 and 2466 to comply with Condition No. 8 of Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-
04537.
_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE _I.? RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1406 and 2466 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of July 15,
2002.
