RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-111

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1758 AND 3905
WHEREAS, on December 13, 1977 the Anaheim City Council, by its Resolution No. 77R-
792, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1758 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed restaurant at
5205 East Orangethorpe Avenue; and that the restaurant is no longer in operation; and
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1997, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC97-24,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 3905 to permit a child daycare facility for up to 40 children at 5247 East
Orangethorpe Avenue with waiver of minimum setback befinreen institutional uses and residential zoning;
and that the use permit expired on March 17, 1999 and the daycare facility is no longer in operation; and
WHEREAS, Ai-Ling T. Lee of Ming International (property owner), has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1758 and 3905 to comply with Condition No. 12 of
Resolution No. PC2001-66, which was adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04355
to permit a church in a commercial shopping center with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1758 and 3905 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of July
15, 2002.
