A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2417
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1983, Conditional Use Permit No. 2417 was granted under
Resolution No. PC83-80 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit on-sale beer and wine in a
proposed sandwich shop.
WHEREAS, Condition of approval No. 15 of Resolution No. PC2001-168 for Conditional
Use Permit No. 2001-04465 (to permit a computer rental and internet access business with waiver of
minimum number of parking spaces) requires the property owner to submit a letter to the Zoning Division
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2417 since this entitlement is no longer needed.
WHEREAS, Delta Tanimoto, Senior Property Manager, representing the property owner,
has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2417 to comply with the
Conditions of Approval No. 15 of Resolution No. PC2001-168 for Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-
04465.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2417 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
January 28, 2002.
