RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-177
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2495
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1983, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC83-184, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2495 to permit a private trade school with
waiver of minimum number of parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the property is developed with a two-story 37,276 sq.ft. office building at
1380 Sanderson Avenue; that the zoning is CL (Commercial, Limited): and that Anaheim General Plan
Land Use designation is 'General Commercial'; and
WHEREAS, Chad Horning, Vice President of Newport Federal, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2495 because the entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2495 on the basis
of the foregoing findings. '
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
December 16, 2002.
