RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-25

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2710 AND VARIANCE NO. 3449
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1985, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC85-
15, approved Variance No. 3449 for waiver of minimum number of parking spaces to expand a restaurant
with on-sale alcoholic beverages on property located at 2250 East Lincoln Avenue (the Jolly Roger); and
that the restaurant has been demolished; and
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1985, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC85-187, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2710 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed
restaurant with a waiver of minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 214 South State
College Boulevard (Seiho Restaurant); and that the restaurant has been demolished; and
WHEREAS, Sanford D. Sigal, Chief Executive Officer at NewMark Merrill Companies,
has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 3449 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2710
to comply with the Condition No. 20 of Resolution No. PC2001-125 adopted in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04425 and permitting expansion of an existing commercial center).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 3449 and Conditional Use Permit
No. 2710 on th.e basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
February 25, 2002.
