A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3551
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1992, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC92-
121, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 3551 to permit a children's recreational and fitness facility at
8028 East Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, on January 28, 2002, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC2002-17, amended Variance No. 4377 to grant a third waiver and amend the conditions of approval in
connection with a previously-approved 128-room 4-story hotel at 105-125 Festival Drive; and that said
resolution includes Condition No. 36 which specifies that the petitioner request termination of Conditional
Use Permit No. 3551; and
WHEREAS, Alan Baerenklau of Pinnacle Hotel Management, representing Festival Hotel
Associates LP, has requested termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3551 to comply with the above-
mentioned Condition No. 36 and because said use permit is no longer being exercised; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3551 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
March 25, 2002.
