RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-55

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1937 AND 2490
WHEREAS, on January 29, 1979, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by Resolution No.
PC79-26, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1937 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed
restaurant on property located on 3331 East Orangethorpe Avenue; and that said restaurant no longer
exists; and
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1983, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by Resolution
No. PC83-159, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2490 to permit expansion of an existing restaurant
with on-sale beer and wine on property located on 3339 East Orangethorpe Avenue; and that said
restaurant no longer exists; and
WHEREAS, Russ Manion, Manager, Ponderosa Property Management, has submitted a
letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1937 and 2490 to comply with the Condition
No. 21 of Resolution No. 99R-130 adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 4105 (to
establish conformity with existing land use requirements for an existing commercial retail center and
convenience market with sale of alcoholic beverages for o#-premise consumption, and to establish a
church within the commercial retail center) requires; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV _E_D that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1937 and
Conditional Use Permit No. 2490 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
April 22, 2002.
