RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-72

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTfON WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1799, 1805, 2157 AND 3024
WHEREAS, on January 30, 1978, the Planning Commission, by ifs Resolution No.
PC78-22, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1799 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a semi-enclosed
restaurant with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 6501 East Serrano
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on February 27, 1978, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC78-37, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1805 to permit a wine tasting facility with waiver of
minimum number of parking spaces at 6501 East Serrano Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1980, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC80-241, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2157 to permit a veterinary clinic at 6509 East Serrano
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1988, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC88-179,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 3024 to permit a 4,480 square foot church facility with waiver of
minimum number of parking spaces at 6503 and 6505 East Serrano Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Ming-Cheng Chang, CMC Investments, has requested termination of the

above-listed conditional use permits to comply with Condition No. 9 of Resolution No. PC2001-165, -~-
adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04460 (to establish a church in an existing
commercial center with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces and maximum number of wall
signs) because the uses no longer exist and those entitlements are not needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1799, 1805, 2157
and 3024 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
May 20, 2002.
