Resolution-PC 2002-73• RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-73 • A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2523 WHEREAS, on July 23, 1973, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC73-157, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2523 to waive the required six-foot masonry wall enclosing outdoor storage to permit screening existing outdoor uses with a slatted chainlink fence on property located on 305 North Crescent Way (Western Exterminator Company); and WHEREAS, Michael Katz, president of Western Exterminator Company, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 2523 to comply with Condition No. 3 of Resolution No. PC2002-42, adopted in connection with Variance No. 2002-04484 for waiver of the permitted location of a monument type sign to construct a new monument sign, because the entitlement is no longer needed; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2523 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
