RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-89

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 2266, 2283 AND 2332
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1981 the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC81-209,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2266 to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant at 2424
West Ball Road, Unit Z; and
WHEREAS, on December 28, 1981 the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC81-
272, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2283 to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed
restaurant at 2424 West Ball Road, Unit L; and
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1982 the Anaheim City Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC82-94, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2332 to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed
restaurant at 2424 West Ball Road, Units K and L; and
WHEREAS, David Friedrich, Vice-President of Finance for Gelb Enterprises (the property
owner), submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2266, 2283 and 2332 to
comply with Condition No. 4 of Decision No. ZA2001-50, adopted in connection with Variance No. 2000-
04412, because the entitled restaurants no longer exist; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planoing_Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2266, 2283 and 2332 on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of June
17, 2002.
