A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2002-04647
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2003, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC2003-9, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04647 to permit an attached granny
unit in conjunction with an existing single-family residence at 1643 West Cerritos Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04647 since the owner no longer wishes to eonstruct the approved
granny unit because they have submitted plans to the Building Division to construct a room addition that
is permitted by right.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04647 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
