Resolution-PC 2003-110. RESOLUTION NO. PC2003-110 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 166 WHEREAS, on October 16, 1961, the Anaheim Pfanning Commission did, by its Resolution No. 111, Series 1961-62, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 166 to operate an ambulance service in conjunction with a sick room rental equipment showroom rn an existing structure located at the southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and West Street (1022 and 1024 West Lincoln Avenue); and WHEREAS, the property owners have submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 166 because the approved use no longer exists; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 166 on the basis of the foregoing findings. July 28, 2003.
