RESOLUTION NO. PC2003-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1943
W HEREAS, on February 26, 1979, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC79-44, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1943 to expand an existing pre-school and construct
additional classroom area at 900 South Knott Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on February 24, 2003, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No.
PC2003-38, grant Conditional Use Permit No. No. 2002-04653 to expand an existing pre-school and construct
additional classroom area with certain waivers; and that Condition No. 19 of said resolution requires that the
property owner submit a letter to the Zoning Division requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1943
because said entitlement is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, June Noordman, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1943 to comply with Condition No. 19 of the above-mentioned Resolution No.
PC2003-38.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1943 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
