A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3745
WHEREAS, on March 6, 1995, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No.
PC95-21, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3745 to permit temporary modular classrooms for a private
educational faciliry at 1952 West La Palma Avenue (Senrite High School); and
WHEREAS, on March 23, 2002, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No. PC2002-
141, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3880 to permit expansion of the existing private high school at 1952 West
La Palma Avenue by demolishing one single-family residence to construct a faculty parking lot with waiver of
minimum front yard setback; and that Condition No. 4 of said resolution requires that the property owner submit
a letter to the Zoning Division requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3745 because said
entitlement is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Servite Fathers, Attn: Fr. Gerald M. Horan, President, have submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3745 in compliance with Condition No. 4 of the above-
mentioned Resolution No. PC2002-141.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3745 on the basis of the
foregoing findings. -
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning mmission meeting of
September 8, 2003.
