Resolution-PC 2003-32~J RESOLUTION NO. PC2003-32 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 432 AND 490 WHEREAS, on June 10, 1963, the Anaheim City Council did, by its Resolution No. 63R- 609, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 432 to construct a one and two story multiple-family planned residential development with carports on 5.9 acres located at the northeast corner of Winston Road and Magnolia Avenue, with waiver of the one-story height limitation; and WHEREAS, on December 3, 1963, the City Council did, by its Resolution No. 63R-967, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 490 to subdivide an approved planned residential development on 5.9 acres located at the northeast corner of Winston Road and Magnolia Avenue, with waivers of lot area and lot dimension requirements, and yard requirements and regulations; and WHEREAS, the subject property, consisting of 1.48 acres located at the northeast corner of Winston Road and Magnolia Avenue, is developed with a 23,176 sq.ft. commercial retail center in the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 2002, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No. PC2002-181, amend Resolution No. PC95-53 adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3763 to amend the conditions of approval for an existing convenience market in the commercial center {Goror~ado ~q~are Shopping Center).at the .northeast corner of Winston Road and Magnolia Avenue; and that Condition No. 11 of said resolution specifies that the property owner request termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 432 and 490; and \A/l-IFRF~S~ Rinin C_ala, nrc~~erty owner; has submitted a letter dated January 6, 2003 requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 432 and 490 to comply with Condition No. 11 of the above-mentioned Resolution No. PC2002-181, because said entitlements are no longer needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 432 and 490 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
