RESOLUTION NO. PC2005-2 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS W CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3445
(1661 NORTH RAYMOND AVENUE)
WHEREAS, on August 26, 1991, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No.
PC91-123, grant Conditional Use Permit Na 3445 to permit a snack shop within an existing office building; and
WHEREAS, Victor J. Cirrincione, property manager for the property owner, has submitted a
letter dated November 9, 2004, requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3445, since the snack
shop is no longer operating at this location.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3445 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
BEJTFURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby find and
determine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly predicated'upon applicanYs compliance with each and all
of the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared invalid or
unenforceable by the final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and any
approvals herein contained, shaU be deemed null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of January
10, 2005. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures" of the
Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures and ma~,,r be r aced by a Ci Council Resolution in ,
