RESOLUTION NO. PC2005-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGSIN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2862

WHEREAS, on October 27, 1976, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its Resolution Na
PC76-216, grant Variance No. 2862 to permit waiver of requirement that all uses,be conducted in a building, to
establish outdoor manufacturing, at 3845 East Coronado Street; and
WHEREAS, Jerrold F. Rabin, property owner, has submitted a letter (dated September 17,
2004) requesting termination of Variance Na 2862 to comply with the Condition of approval No: 3 of Resolution
No. PC2004-90, for Variance Na 2004-04618 (waivers of maximum height of freestanding sign and maximum
width of freestanding sign to permit and retain an existing sign on a freestanding architectural feature on an ,
existing industrial property);approved by the Planning Commission on August 11, 2004, requires the property
owner to submit a letter to the Planning Services Division requesting termination of Variance No. 2862 since this
entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, ' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2862 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
find and determine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly predicated upon applicant's compliance with
each and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared
invalid or unenforceable by the final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and
any approvals herein contained, shall be deemed null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Anaheim Planning Commission meeting of
January 10, 2005. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures° of
the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures a be repl e City Council Resolution
in the event of an appeal. ' _,
