- RESOLUTION NO. PC2005-38 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALLPROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 868
(676 SOUTH STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD)
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1966; the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC66-38, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 868 to establish an automobile service station within seventy-five
(75) feet of a residential zone at 676 South State College Boulevard; and :
WHEREAS, Shahraz Danesh property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 868 to comply with condition of approval No: 37 of Resolution No. PC2004-62.
Variance Na 2004-04608 (to construct a two unit commercia( retail center with waivers of a) minimum number
of parking spaces, b) minimum setback adjacent to an arterial highway, and c) minimum setback adjacent to a
residential zone boundary) approved by the Planning Commission on June 2, 2004; requires the property owner
to submit a letter to the Planning Services Division requesting termination of Conditional UsePermit Na 868
since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7 RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection with' Conditional Use Permit Na 868 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted af the Planning Commission meeting of
March 21, 2005. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures" of
the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedure~ ma e eplace ' y Council Resolution
in the event of an appeal. .-
