RESOLUTION NO. PC2005-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION '
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH DETERMINATION OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE OR NECESSITY NO. 96-01

WHEREAS, on January 22, 1996, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution Na '
PC96-11, granted Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity to permit the sale of beer, wine, and
general liquor for off-premises consumption in conjunction with a supermarket at 255 South Euclid Street; and
WHEREAS, D. Rosenberg, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Determination of Public Convenience orNecessity No. 96-01 to comply with condition of approval No. 31 of
Resolution No. PC2004-75, Conditional Use Permit Na 2004-04866 (to establish a commercial retail center and
construct a four-unit retail building and freestandingdrive-through restaurant on a commercial property with two
existing units) approved by the Planning Commission on July 26, 2004, requiring the property owner to submit a
letter to thePlanning Services Division requesting termination of Determination of Public Convenience or
Necessity No. 96-01 since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection with Determination of Public Convenience orNecessity No. 96-01 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of June 1,
2005. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 `Procedures" of the Anaheim
Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures and may be replace b ity Council Re ion in the event
