RESOLUTION NO. PC2006-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION ,
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1031 AND 1228
(100 AND 13Q NORTH STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD) ,
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1968, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its Resoiution Na
PC68R-162 grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1031 to establish a walk-up restaurant; `and
WHEREAS, on March 22, 1979, the Anaheim Planning Commission did, by its Resolution Na
PC71-47 grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1727 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed restaurant; and
WHEREAS, James Myron and Peter Capriotti It, owners of the subject properties have
submitted ietters requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1031 and 1228 to comply with Condition
of Approval No. 11 of Resolution No- PC2005-111 for Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-04997 (to construct a
fast food restaurant with drive through and outdoor'seating and a 3-unit commercial retail center) approved by
the Planning Commission on Juty 25, 2005, since these entitlements are noJonger needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1031 and 1228 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOtNG RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of March 6,
2006. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Proce ures" of the Anaheim
Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures and may be repl ced a City Cou _' Re lution in the event
of an appeaL ,
