A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC sTREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00091 )
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
That certain 10 foot drainage easement within the boundaries of Lots 12
and 13 of Tract 1820, in the City of Anaheim, as filed in Book 51, Pages
31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County, California, generally known as 3135 West Lincoln
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: October 19, 2004 ,2004.
