PRESENT: ABSENT: PRESENT: The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in regular session. COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons. COUNCILMEN: None. CITY MANAGER: Keith A. Murdoch. ASSISTAN/ CITY ATTORNEY: John Dawson. CITY CLERK: Dene M. Williams. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS: Thornton E. Piersall. CITY ENGINEER: James P. Maddox, CITY PLANNING DIRECTOR: Richard A. Reese. ZONING COORDINATOR: Martin Kreidt. Mayor Coons called the meeting to order. MINUTES: Minutes of the Anaheim City Council meetings held October 9, 16, 17 and 23, 1962, were approved, on motion by Councilman Chandler, seconded by Councilman Dutton. MOTION CARRIED. RESOLUTION NO. 62R-948: Councilman Krein offered Resolution No. 62R-948 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE PAYMENT OF DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY AS OF OCTOBER 23, i962. (Warrants Nos. 20941 to 21218, both inciusive, totaling $573,783.27) On roll call the foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: NOES: COUNCILMEN: ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons, None. None. The Mayor declared Resolution No. 62R-948 duly passed and adopted. PUBLIC HEARING, HOUSE MOVING PERMIT: Application was submitted by Carl F. Bur- nett requesting permission to move a dwelling from Stanton House Movers Yard, Buena Park, California, to 705 West La Verne Street, Anaheim. Application and photo were reviewed by the City Council, together with Building Department recommendations. It was noted that the subject lot contains one dwelling, and is presently zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. The Mayor asked if anyone wished to address the Council. Mr. Carl F. Burnett advised that although his property is R-i, he has been advised by the City that there is sufficient lot area to accommodate the additional dwelling.
