The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in Adjourned Regu-
lar Session.

Mayor Dutton called the meeting to order.
COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton

ASSISTANT CITY ATTOP.~EY: Alan Watts
CITY CLERK: Dene M. Williams
Mayor Dutton reported that at yesterday's meeting Mr. Murdoch
requested an Executive Session to consider a personnel matter and pend-
ing litigation. Because of the late hour and previous engagements of
some of the CounCil members it was agreed to adjourn to this morning to
recess to Executive Session.
Councilman Thom moved to recess to Executive Session. Council-
man Stephenson seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (8:35 A.M.).
AF~R~SS: The City Council returned to the Council Chambers, all members
present, with the exception of Councilman Clark.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no action to be taken at this meeting, Councilman
Thom moved the meeting be adjourned. Councilman Stephenson seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
