RESOLUTION NO. PC2004-13

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3771
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1995, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC95-74, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3771 to retain the 677 square foot
expansion to an existing mini-market at 700 West Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2003, the Planning Commission did, by its of Resolution No.
PC2003-65, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-04684 to establish land use conformity with
existing Zoning Code land use requirements for an existing legal non-conforming commercial retail
center and to permit a W.I.C. (Women, Infant and Children) convenience store with waiver of minimum
number of parking spaces; and that Condition No. 24 of said resolution specifies that the property
owner shall request termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3771 because the mini-market no
longer exists; and
WHEREAS, Teresita Abary, owner of the building, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3771 to comply with the conditions of approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-04684.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3771 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at ~he Planning Commission meeting
