RESOLUTION NO. PC2004-14

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2745
W HEREAS, on January 6, 1986, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC86-7, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2745 to permit a self-service car wash in
conjunction with an existing service station at the southeast corner of Ball Road and State College
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on June 2, 2003, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No. PC2003-79,
amend Resolution No. 270, Series 1961-62 adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 214, to
permit an above-ground propane tank in conjunction with an existing service station and to amend the
conditions of approval, including Condition No. 6 which requires that the property owner submit a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2745 because the self-service car wash was never
constructed; and
WHEREAS, Tim Lee, representing the property owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2745 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use
Permit No. 214.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use permit No. 2745 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at t Planning Commission meeting of
February 9, 2004.
