RESOLUTION NO. PC2004-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3064, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3439 AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3580
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1988, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did, by its
Resolution No. PC88-329, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3064 to retain an automobile storage lot on
property located at the southeast corner of Palais Road and Anaheim Boulevard with waivers of minimum
front setback, required screening and enclosure of outdoor uses; and
WHEREAS, on July 29, 1991, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No. PC 91-
116, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3439 to permit on-site sale and consumption of beer and wine in a
proposed pool hall on property located at the southeast corner of Palais Road and Anaheim Boulevard with
waiver of landscaping of required yards; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 1993, the Planning Commission did, by its Resolution No.
PC93-6, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3580, in part, to permit to permit the storage and dispatch of
transit vehicles with on-site vehicle maintenance and a car wash tunnel on property located at the southeast
corner of Palais Road and Anaheim Boulevard with waiver of minimum landscape setback area; and
WHEREAS, the uses permitted in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 3064, 3439
and 3580 no longer exist on the property; and
WHEREAS, Matthew Ferrari, authorized representative of the property owner, has submitted
a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 3064, 3439 and 3580.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 3064, 3439 and 3580 on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was ado ted at the Planning Commission meeting of
