Mayor Schutte called the meeting to order. RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-55~6-41: R-3 and C-3 zoning, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1217, Applibant, Ida L. Rhoads. Said reclassification was brought b~fore the City Council for clarification of. the C-3'use, .o~?the property. Communication from Mr. Ted Fish, adjacent property owner, approving the p~oposed use of a distribution center for Blue Chip Stamps on a portion of the C-3 zoned property, was submitted and read. PreviOus actions taken by the Council on the rezonin9 of this property were reviewed by the Assistant City Attorney.
