Richards, resident in the area, asked if Zeyn Street would be extended through southerly~ He was advised that it could or could not be extended, that the property was presently zoned R-3 and a garden-type R-3 development could be constructed without the continuation of the street. Mro Richards called attention to the possibility of land-locking some o£ the property if other buildings were moved in. RECREATION CENTHR - L!ON~S CLUB.~ Mro Hex Nyhus addressed the Council regarding the Lion's Club proposal for a recreation center in one of the City Parks, and advised that they were now in financial position to commence the first portion of the project and requested Council permission to proceed° It was noted that this building would be constructed by the Lion's Club, donated to the City to be available for the use of anyone in the City in accordance with the scheduling of the Park and Recreation Department.
