WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci

did, by Resolution No. 2004-
195, duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certa
n public streets,
highways or public service
easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and
Service
Easements Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearin to considl said vacation was posted and
published in the manner prescribed by law; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that th City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of portions of that certain 10 foot wide drainage
easement in the City of Anaheim, lying within the boundaries of Lots 12 and 13 of Tract 1820 as
recorded in Book 51, Pages 31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange, generally known as 3 135 West Lincoln A enue.
