A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00093)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim "does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain 6 foot public utility easement within the
boundaries of Lot 52 of Tract 8220 as shown on a map recorded in Book
335, Pages 33-41 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Orange, California, generally located at 6419
E. Via Arboles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: December 14 ,2004.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the fol-
lowing public streets, highways and service easements pur-
suant to the Public Streets, Hiyhweys and Service Ease-
ment Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and
Highways Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain 6 foot public utility easement
