A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00094)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain thirty foot public utility easement recorded on
June 23, 1970 in Book 13202, Pages 694 and 695, of the Official
Records of the County of Orange, California, lying within the
boundaries of Lot 14, Tract 9524 in the City of Anaheim, California,
generally located at 384 Ramsgate Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers ofthe City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: December 14 ,2004.
