RESOLUTION NOo 7~30: Councilman Thompson offered Resolution Noo 7130 for passage and adoption, granting Variance Noo 1384, subject to the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, with the exception of Condition Noo 20 That Condition Noo 2 be amended as follows: "Subject to the annexation of subject property into the City of Anaheim prior to recordation of a final tract map of subject property. All the requirements of this Variance to be met if the area is annexed to the City."
