A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00095)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
That certain fire water line and utility vault easement as described in an
Easement Deed recorded on June 14, 1978 in Book 12715, Pages 1024
and 1025 of Official records of the County of Orange, generally located
at 1380 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: December 14 ,2004.
