A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00096)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets. highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit.
A portion of that certain utility easement recorded on January 19. 1949
as Instrument No. ] 7505 of Official Records of the County of Orange.
lying within the boundaries of Lot I of Tract 1322. generally located at
1669 West Cerritos Avenue. Anaheim, California..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
