STATEMENT OF CITY CLERK
I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, California,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing resolution is a full, true and
correct statement of the facts of canvass of the special bond election held
ln said city on the 8th day of October, 1963, and of the results thereof as
declared by the City Council of said city, and said resolution as entered in
full on the minutes of said City Council is hereby adopted by me as my state-
ment of the canvass of the returns of said election and the results thereof.

ANAHEIM CITIZENS CHARTER STUDY COMMITTEE:
RESIGNATION: Resignation of Paul T. Havens, member of Anaheim Citizens
Charter Study Committee, was accepted with regret, on motion by Councilman
Chandler, seconded by Councilman Dutton. MOTION CARRIED.
APPOINTMENTS: Mayor Coons appointed Richard Steffy, Member, replacing
former position held by Paul T. Havens. Said appointment was ratified by
the City Council, on motion by Councilman Chandler, seconded by Councilman
Dutton. MOTION CARRIED.
Mayor Coons appointed Sidney Snyder, Alternate Member, replacing
position held by Rlchard Steffy; and Richard Gay, Alternate Member,
replacing position formerly held by George M. Brott. Said appoin~ents
were unanimously ratified by the City Council, on motion by Councilman Krein,
seconded by Councilman Chandler. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Krein moved to adjourn. Councilman Dutton seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
