The Mayor improvement plans and installation of approved standard plans on file in the office anyone wished to address the Council. Plans from the fi e were reviewed by the City Council and Mr. Bob Unger, representing the Applicant, .xplained said plans and their proposed development. It was noted that the proposed development would allow R-3 density in anR-A zone, and discussi n was held as to the proper application and pro. cedure necessary to effectu te this planned unit development. Taking into consi eration the problems involved, Councilman Coons moved that this hearing be Qntinued and rescheduled by the City Clerk at a time concurrent with the Ap licantts request for reclassification or a variance. Mr Murdoch reported on discussion held with the City of Garden Grove regard ng suggested amendments to the proposed option agreement relative to the Dke Water System purchase.
