RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 236
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
December 14, 2004, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth effective December 17, 2004; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Non-Represented Part-
Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, effective October 3, 2003, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by
changing the salary schedule for the following classifications to read as follows:

2. That, effective October 7,2005, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by
changing the salary schedule for the following classifications to read as follows:

3. That, effective October 6,2006, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by
changing the salary schedule for the following classifications to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
December 17, 2004.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 14th day of December , 2004, by the following roll call vote:
