RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN IRREVOCABLE OFFERS
OF DEDICATION TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTIES OR INTERESTS THEREIN
WHEREAS, the following parcels of property or interests therein listed on Exhibit
A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, were heretofore offered to the City of
Anaheim for public purposes by the grantors thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and
detennine that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept the irrevocable offers of
dedication described in Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the irrevocable offers of dedication listed on Exhibit A be, and the same are
hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby,
authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution for recording in the Office
of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 14thdayof December ,2004, by the following roll-call
vote:
