RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2004-00098)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council ofthe City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
That certain fire protection vault easement recorded on April 29, 1975 in
Book 11389, Page 222 of Official records and that certain 5-foot public
utility easement recorded on August 12,1974 in Book 11218, Pages
1567 of Official records of the County of Orange, lying within the
boundaries of Parcels I and 2 as shown on parcel Map 85-114, generally
located at 1751 South State College Boulevard, Anaheim, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: Jau1]ary 25 ,2005.
