70R-598
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-62l
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS 69-70-18.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 4th day of November, 1969, adopt
Resolution No. 69R-62l in Reclassification Proceedings No.
69-70-18 finding and determining that the property and area
therein described be excluded from Orange County A-I, GENERAL
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, and incorporated in the following zones
upon the conditions therein set forth:
That Parcell, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to and incorporated in CITY R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE.
That Parcel 2, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to and incorporated in CITY C-l, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
That Parcel 3, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to and incorporated in CITY R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that since Resolution
No. 69R-62l was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the best
interests of the City to amend said Resolution by deleting
therefrom all reference to Condition No.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-62l be, and
the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 5
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 69R-62l be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of December, 19 70 .
