RESOLUTION NO. 70R-591
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PERMITTING THE ANAHEIM UNION HIGH
SCHOOL DISTRICT TO UTILIZE THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL GOLt COURSE.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Union High School District has on
previous years requested and received permission for the
Anaheim High School District to utilize the Anaheim Municipal
Golf Course for their High School Golf Team play; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim that the Anaheim Union High
School District High School Golf team should be permitted to play
the Anaheim Golf Course on certain days and certain times.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Anaheim Union High School District be
and they are hereby permitted to have student team play a maximum
of eight foursomes from Anaheim, Western, Magnolia, Loara,
Savannah, Kennedy and Katella High Schools for a fee of $1,000.00
for the seven high schools at eight starting times between 1:44
P.M. and 2:37 P.M. Monday through Friday commencing February 1,
and ending May 31 of the year 1971.
BE IT FUItTHER RESOLVED that at the end of this school
year this Resolution shall automatically terminate without further
action by the City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of December, 1970.
