A RESOLUiION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M APPROVING Ai"'iJ A.J.\1ENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL Lfu\j' DESIGNATED AS A}1ENDMENT NO. 121,
EXHIBIT I. B" .
WHEREAS" the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recom-
mendations of the rlanning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
adopted a General ~lan for the City of Anaheim; and
vlliEREAS,on August 10, 1970, the City Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider
a General Plan mnendment for the area bounded by Rosewood Avenue
on the north, Stat$ College Boulevard on the east, Romneya Drive
on the south, and the easterly terminus of Briarvale Avenue and
Arbutus Avenue on the west, increasing the density from low to
medium and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons inter$sted therein; and
WHEREAS, . following said hearing, the Planning Commission
did duly adopt ResQlution No. PC 70-150 containing a report of
its findings, a su$mary of the evidence presented at said hearing,
and a recommendati~n that said amendment to the General Plan,
designated as Amendment No. 121, be adopted by the City Council
changing the prese~t general description and extent of land uses
in the area bounde4 by State College Boulevard on the east,
Rosewood Avenue on the north, the easterly terminus of Briarvale
and Arbutus Avenues on the west and Romneya Drive on the south
in accordance with Exhibit'B', on file in the City Planning
Division, increasing the density from low to medium; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report ot findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 15th day of
December, 1970, as the time and the City Council Chamber in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hear-
ing upon said propqsed Amendment No. 121 to the General Plan and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and
~~EREAS, at tl1e time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing, and did give all persons interested therein an opportun-
ity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Araendment No. 121 to the General Plan, changing the present
general description and extent of land uses in the area bounded
by State College BOulevard on the east, Rosewood Avenue on the
north, the easterly terminus of Briarvale and Arbutus Avenues
on the west, and Romneya Drive on the south, should be approved
in accordance with Exhibit:B", on file in the City Planning
Division, increasing the density from low to medium, as recommended
by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEnEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 121 to the General Plan
changing the present general description and extent of land uses
in the area bounded by State College Boulevard on the east,

same is hereby apprpved.
BE IT FURWHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be;
and it is hereby in~tructed to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan fu~endment No. 121 herein approved.
THE FOREGpING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of Debember, 1970.
