A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
JOPSEH P.iHUDSON TO MOVE A HOUSE DWELLING
FROM 402 b WEST CHAPMAN AVENUE, ORANGE, CALI-

WHEREAS'~OSEPH P. HUDSON, having filed a written
application for a use moving permit to move a house dwelling
from 4020 West Chap an Avenue, Orange, California, to 500 North
Rose Street, Anahe' , California; and
I
WHEREAS, Isaid application having been set for public
hearing on the 1st ~ay of December, 1970, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and ~tice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing hav'ng been given by mail to all persons residing
with a radius of t ee hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proPos~d to mov. e said dwelling, building or structure,
at least ten days rior to the date fixed for said hearing, as
the names of suchwners appeared upon the last available tax
assessment roll; aqd
WHEREAS'~'said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said ate and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all ersons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and tqe City Council having duly considered said
application, toget~er with all evidence and reports submitted in
connection therewi~h, does find that said permit should be
granted subject tojthe following conditions:
1. An addition be made which will meet the minimum
square f~otage requirements.
2. That apptoval be contingent upon payment of park
and recr~ation fees.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~that the application of Joseph P. Hudson for
a house moving per~it to move a dwelling from 4020 West Chapman
Avenue, Orange, Ca~ifornia, to 500 North Rose Street, Anaheim,
California, be and the same is hereby granted subject to the
conditions hereinbpfore set forth, and subject further to com-
pliance with all o~ the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of
the Anaheim Municival Code relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outsi~e the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the
City of Anaheim.
