A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSING MOVING PERMIT
TO HERBERT A. TANNER TO MOVE A HOUSE DWELLING
FROM 12422 BROOKHURST STREET, GARDEN GROVE,
CALIFORNIA, TO 3215 WEST STONYBROOK DRIVE,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, HERBERT A.TANNER, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a house dwelling
from 12422 Brookhurst Street, Garden Grove, California, to 3215
West Stoneybrook Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 1st day of December, 1970, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling, building or structure,
at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing,
as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available
tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing
upon said date and Yaid hearing having been duly held and conducted
and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to be
heard, and the City Council having duly considered g~id application,
together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find that said permit should be granted, subject
to the rezoning of the property to R-l, One-Family Residential
Zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Herbert A. Tanner
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 12422 Brookhurst
Street, Garden Grove, California, to 3215 West Stoneybrook Drive,
Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby granted subject
to the condition hereinbefore set forth, and subject to compliance
with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32, of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from
a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of December, 1970.
