RESOLUTION NO. 70R-560
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM N1ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-656.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 18th day of November, 1969, adopt
Resolution No. 69R-656 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
69-70-6 finding and determining that the property and area therein
described be excluded from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incorporated
in R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE subject to certain con-
ditions described therein; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that since Resolution
No. 69R-656 was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the best
interests of the City to amend said Resolution by deleting there-
from all reference to Condition No.2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-656 be, and the same
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No.2 thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 69R-656 be and remain in full force and effect.
