RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 547
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION O~ UTILITIES AGRElli~NT NO. 7Ut-28l0
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, construction of the Route 57 Freeway,
(Road 07-0ra-57 12.8/15.4), along the north side of Ball Road,
required the relocation of the City's 8-inch V.C.P. sewer to
clear the proposed Route 57 Freeway construction area; and
WHEREAS, said relocation was completed January 30, 1963
by the City's contractor, the Daniel Estrada Company; and
WHEREAS, the cost of said work is to be borne by the
State; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has submitted to the City, Utilities
Agreement No. 7Ut-28l0 to be made and entered into by and between
the City and the State to facilitate payment to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interest of the City to enter into said agreement with the
State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of November , 19 70 .
