RESOLUTION NO. 70R-S46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN
AGREEMENt BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND HAROLD
WATTS, DATED MAY 15, 1970, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SUCH AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between the City
of Anaheim and Harold Watts on the 15th day of May, 1970 for the
furnishing of all the labor and equipment to cut and remove all
rank growth and weeds and remove rubbish, refuse and dirt upon
any parcel or parcels of real property or any public street in the
City of Anaheim, as directed by the Superintendent of Streets,
Work Order No. 426-297; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement desire to extend
said agreement in accordance with its terms to December 31, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that an amendment to the agreement between the City
of Anaheim and Harold Watts, dated May 15, 1970, be made and
entered into between the parties to said agreement, providing as
follows:
That that certain agreement made and entered
into on the 15th day of May, 1970, shall remain
and continue in full force and effect to and
including December 31, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute such
amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of November , 1970.
