A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquirin~ the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a Grant Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Le Chateau Majorca, a
limited partnership, to convey to the City of Anaheim the follow-
ing described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for municipal
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
The Northerly 1.00 foot of a portion of Tract No. 613
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19, page
19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Orangethorpe
Avenue, which bears South 730 12' 00" West 868.00 feet
from the centerline intersection of Orangethorpe Avenue
and Kraemer Boulevard, as shown in City of Anaheim Tie
Book 71, page 59; thence North 70 15' 32" West 20.28
feet to a point in the Anaheim City Boundary Line and
the true point of beginning~ thence along said Anaheim
City Boundary Line, parallel with and 20.00 feet North-
erly, measured at right angles; of the centerline of
Orangethorpe Avenue, South 730 12' 0011 West 603.63 feet
to an angle point in said Anaheim City Boundary; thence
continuing along said Anaheim City Boundary, North 70
IS' 45" West 40.56 feet; thence leaving said City Bound-
dary, parallel with and 60.00 feet Northerly, measured
at right angles, of the centerline of Orangethorpe Ave-
nue, North 730 12' 00" East 175.13 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave to the Northwest; thence
Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve, having a
radius of 15.00 feet, through a central angle of 800 27'
45~1 an arc distance of 21.07 feet; thence North 70 IS'
45" West, 1150.05 feet to a point in the Anaheim City
Boundary; thence along said Anaheim City Boundary, North
750 20' 13" East, 413.59 feet; thence leaving said City
Boundary, South 70 IS' 32" East 51.43 feet; thence South
750 20' 13" west, 335.87 feet to the beginning of a tan-
gent curve concave to the Southeast; thence Westerly and
Southwesterly along said curve having a radius of 15.00
feet, through a central angle of 820 35' 58" an arc dis-
tance of 21.62 feet; thence South 70 IS' 45" East, 1077.96

feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
Northeast; thence Southerly, Southeasterly and Northeast-
erly along said curve having a radius of 15.00 feet,
through a central angle of 990 32' IS", an arc distance
of 26.06 feet; thence parallel with and 60.00 feet North-
erly, measured at right angles, of the centerline of
Orangethorpe Avenue, North 730 12' 00" East 333.18 feet;
thence South 70 15' 32" East, 40.56 feet to the true
point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she
is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foregoing Grant
Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
