A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM &~NDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-344.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore, to wit, on the 17th day of June, 1969, adopt Resolution
No. 69R-344 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 68-69-85 finding
and determining that the property and area therein described be
excluded from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incorporated in R-3,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions
described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that since Resolution
No. 69R-344 was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the best
interest of the City to amend said Resolution by deleting therefrom
all references to a new east-west street running between Nutwood
Street and Easy Way in Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-344 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 68-69-85 be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Conditions 1, 2, 3, and 4 thereof to read as follows:
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 30 feet
in width, from the center line of the street,
along Nutwood Street for street widening purposes.
2. That street improvement plans shall be prepared
and all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, along Nutwood Street such as curbs and
gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and
form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be
posted with the City to guarantee the installation
of said engineering requirements.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot, along Nutwood Street and Easy Way for street
lighting purposes.
4. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15<:: per front
foot along Nutwood Street and Easy Way for tree
planting purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 69R-344 be, and remain in full force and effect.
