A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COill~CIL OF THE CITY
OF A.J..~AHE~M Al'lENDING, NUNC PRO TUNC, RESOLU-
TION NO. 70R-502.
WHEREAS,! the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on October 13, 197P, adopt Resolution No. 70R-502 amending Item
5 of Resolution No~ 66R-526; and
WHEREAS,! said amendment thereto due to inadvertence
and clerical error~ did not express the full intentions of the
City Council in de~cribing said Park and Recreation fees; and
WHEREAS,; the City Council finds that it is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 70R-502 be
amended, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the full intentions of the
City Council.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei~ that Resolution No. 70R-502 be, and the same
is hereby amended,! nunc pro tunc, to establish Park and Recreation
fees by amending Item 5 of Resolution No. 66R-526 effective
January 1, 1971 establishing said Park and Recreation Fees to
read as follows:
"5. (a) $200.00 per single family dwelling unit.
(b) $125.00 per multiple family unit.
(c) $100.00 per mobile home space in mobile
home parks."
BE IT FU~THER RESOLVED that in all other respects
Resolution No. 66Rt526 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FORE~OING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of Notember, 1970.
